Artificial Intelligence

What prompted us to develop an AI policy?

We use AI to deliver higher quality work at lower costs for our clients. During our time working with AI, we also recognized that the potential for new ethical and quality issues is real.

What are our concerns?

While using AI is critical to our success going forward, the nature of how we deliver value and build trust with our clients’ needs to rapidly evolve.  Our AI policy is evolving but seeks to address four core concerns:

How will proprietary and non-public data remain for the exclusive benefit of the data owners and used is a manner consistent with the owners’ directive?

As AI lowers our costs of business, how will we increase the value or lower costs for our clients?

How do we make sure our clients are informed of when, where and how AI is utilized in our deliverables?

Finally, how do we verify the quality and scope of predictive models and customer insights we generate using AI?

Policy Overview

Quantum Sight regularly uses AI tools and technology. Furthermore, we expect that Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) will only play a bigger and bigger rolein enhancing the customer insights, analytics, and strategies we generate for our clients.

A.I. currently enables our work in advanced data processing, predictive modeling, and the generation of customer insights. This policy outlines the guidelines and principles governing the use of A.I. on customer data within our client engagements.

This policy aims to ensure the responsible, ethical, and transparent utilization of AI technologies in our client engagements. It also guides our internal staff on effectively leveraging AI tools while safeguarding customer privacy, ensuring data accuracy, and providing the needed human oversight.
